Esiringet Lioness Adventures Safaris, we aim to make the booking process simple, secure, and transparent, ensuring peace of mind as you plan your Tanzania adventure.
To start your reservation, contact us via email, phone, or the online enquiry form. You will be asked to provide full details for all travellers, including any special requirements. Once your preferred itinerary and travel dates are confirmed, we will proceed with securing your booking.
A 35% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 61 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 61 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
We accept bank transfers, credit and debit cards (Visa and MasterCard), and mobile money payments for local clients.
A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued. The individual making the booking will act as the primary contact for all travellers included in the reservation.
Any requests to amend or correct a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may result in additional charges depending on the nature of the change.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method, in accordance with the cancellation terms stated above.
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
